Shipping policy

LIM offers delivery within South Africa via trusted third-party logistics partners.

Delivery fees are quoted separately based on your location, order size, and access requirements. Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Cape Town: typically within a few days
• Major cities: approximately 1 week
• Outlying areas: up to 1.5 weeks

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary, as LIM is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that items will fit into the delivery space and for notifying LIM in advance of any access constraints (e.g. stairs, narrow passages). Additional charges may apply for complex deliveries, including carry-ups or hoisting.

All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Upon delivery, clients are required to inspect goods and report any damages or discrepancies within 3 days.
